I have been so busy recently, i am afraid both my website and blog have been a bit neglected :( I am hoping to show my updated website in January. In the meantime i am excited to share with you my collaboration with Jersey Pottery. I have been commissioned to design a new collection of ceramics, stationery and giftware called Eden. I have been missing participating in Illustration Friday, just managed to fit it in this week :) Busy working on updates for my website and a new launch i hope to be able to share with you soon.
I found it really hard to make a decision on which direction to go in for this weeks Illustration Friday. My first thoughts were about the secret garden then padlocks then diaries, so i went with all of them! :)
This weeks submission for Illustration Friday. I really enjoyed creating this piece, not done any painting for a while but it is something i am getting back to at the moment. Hope you enjoy the fluid shapes :)
This weeks illustration Friday had me thinking about spiralling shapes. One of my favourites is the fantastic graphic shape of the double helix. This led me to thinking about DNA and being unique and hence the creation of this weeks illustration.
