Langoustines don't always get the attention they deserve here in the UK and large amounts are still exported to France and Spain. I love to eat them cooked gently in some garlic butter and fresh parsley, simple but really tasty :)

ReplyDeleteI am not familiar with those...or they may be called something different here in the US...like maybe crayfish? Sounds delish! (Although I'd like the meat removed for me, please! I'm lazy with my eating habits! :) )
